"The Only Secret that Matters to Making Money

As a person grows their knowledge and experience of Internet marketing, they begin realising the worries and problems, the frustrations and hurdles confronting them in their early days, are grossly exaggerated.  They learn that in reality starting and growing an Internet business, even from scratch, is an easy and very straightforward process. 

And newbie marketers who stay the course are grateful they didn’t let those common feelings force them to relinquish their dream of making money fast online!

The most common reason newcomers become disillusioned with Internet marketing, and subsequently return to working for someone else, is they’re looking for some ‘magic’ formula for making money fast from the many opportunities awaiting them online. 

I know that because I once felt that way myself.

And that is why, for several years I waited for so-called gurus to reveal the ‘best’ way to do this and the ‘standard’ way to do that.  Ultimately, I discovered there was no magic formula to making money fast and no one, not even the experts, could answer my questions.

Then one day, with literally hundreds of different money making ideas written down on paper and stored on computer disks, I decided to see if any common pattern or theme could be found running through any or all of those concepts purporting to reveal the secrets of making money fast online.

At that time I was looking at making money on eBay and Amazon, selling ClickBank affiliate products, creating AdSense rich websites and ultimately selling those websites for huge cash sums.

The most important thing I learned was that each individual money making concept has its own set of essential do’s and don’ts, some of which apply to all methods of making money fast online, while others relate purely to one specific income stream.

And once I accepted that fact, I began viewing all my potential income streams as very different concepts, requiring very different skills. 

As my research for the ‘perfect’ online business continued I set myself the task of finding thirty very different income streams, one for each day of the month, mainly because I’m easily bored, but primarily because I’m a great believer in having a portfolio of income streams.  And that way, if one income stream fails or someone I partnered with goes out of business, I can quickly divert my efforts to other income streams.

In time those thirty ideas became fifty, then one hundred, and they’re growing literally by the day.
